A place to begin
You do not need to know which therapy you need before you come.
We begin with what is here now, what feels most important, and what can actually be met.
From there, we can decide together what kind of support may be most useful.
Initial Consultation
120 minutes · £250 · Online via Zoom
This first session gives us time to listen properly.
We may explore:
- what has brought you here
- what feels most pressing or organising
- what seems to be stuck or unable to move
- what capacity is available now
- what kind of support may be appropriate
We may work with Homeopathy, Visual Somatic Therapy, or an integrated approach.
Bowen Therapy is offered separately, in person in St Bees, and does not require an online Initial Consultation.
Ongoing Sessions
60 minutes · £90 · Online via Zoom
Further sessions are arranged where ongoing work feels useful.
There is no assumption that you need a fixed programme or a particular number of sessions.
We continue according to what is needed and what is actually moving.
Free Discovery Call
15 minutes · no charge
If you are unsure whether working together is right for you, you are welcome to begin with a short conversation.
This is not a therapy session. It is simply a chance to make contact, ask questions, and see whether an Initial Consultation feels appropriate.
The Way I Work
My starting point is not the therapy.
It is the priority.
What most requires attention now?
And then:
What can actually be met now?
Sometimes the clearest doorway is Homeopathy.
Sometimes Visual Somatic Therapy.
Sometimes the body needs a different kind of support.
There is no need to force movement before movement is possible.
Ongoing Work
Sometimes one consultation is enough for what is needed at that time.
At other times, continuing the work gives us an opportunity to observe what changes, what remains, and what requires attention next.
There is no fixed programme or predetermined number of sessions.
We decide together whether and when another consultation would be useful.
The Working Agreement
Before we meet, you will receive a Client Agreement and Consent Form covering confidentiality, data protection, record keeping, fees, cancellation terms and consent.
Its purpose is simple: to create a clear and properly held framework for the work.
You can ask questions about any part of the agreement before we begin.
